GIANTS - People & Personal Development
Sport, mentoring and community activities to help people understand themselves, build life skills and grow.
Our Approach
GIANTS uses sport, mentoring, conversation, reflection and community activities to help people better understand themselves, develop positive behaviours and build practical life skills.
Our work is non-clinical. We do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. Instead, we focus on personal development, behaviour, emotional awareness, confidence, discipline, resilience and social connection.

What Makes GIANTS Different?
GIANTS does not separate the body, the mind and the community.
We use sport and real-life experiences as tools for personal development.
A basketball court can become a place to learn about:
Pressure → Reaction → Reflection → Understanding → Growth
- A mistake can become a lesson.
- A conflict can become a communication exercise.
- A difficult challenge can become an opportunity to develop resilience.
- A team can become a community.
